## Description

We are seeking a Credit Trader (Fixed Income & Currencies) to join our team in Shanghai Two IFC. As a Credit Trader, you will be responsible for market-making in CNY corporate bonds and managing book risk across a diverse range of products, including rates bonds, interest rate swaps (IRS), and FX.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Act as the dedicated Fixed Income Trader for DB China flow trading, driving revenue growth while strictly adhering to the established limit framework.

- Identify and capture new market opportunities to build and scale the bank's franchise alongside internal stakeholders.

- Monitor and manage trading book risk dynamically across fixed income, derivatives, and FX products.

- Partner with Sales and Structuring to enhance product origination and distribution capabilities.

**Requirements:**

- 2–5 years of trading experience with deep fundamental and technical knowledge of the CNY fixed income market.

- Proven understanding of portfolio risk dynamics and the impact of macroeconomic and microeconomic indicators.

- Demonstrated grasp of the sales-trader model, with a track record of building strong internal partnerships and external client relationships.

- Fluent professional English (both written and spoken).
