## Description

We are seeking a Joint Operations Centre Specialist - AVP to coordinate incident plans and responses, collaborating with various stakeholders using data resources.

You will monitor real-time security incidents and emergencies that may impact the bank's assets, colleagues, and customers through security systems and tools.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and coordinating unique responses and contingency plans for each case

- Collaborating with teams across the bank, including security operations and facility management

- Implementing and executing security policies and procedures during incidents and emergencies

- Conducting training and drills for Joint Operations Centre colleagues

- Collecting data from intelligence reports, media, and operational news to update situational awareness databases

As an Assistant Vice President, you will:

- Advise and influence decision-making, contributing to policy development

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using professional knowledge and skills

- Set objectives, coach employees, and appraise performance

Our ideal candidate will have experience in incident management, security operations, or a related field, and be able to communicate complex information effectively.

The minimum salary for this role is $175,843.00 per year, and the maximum salary is $180,000.00 per year.
