## Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Senior Account Executive in the ANZ region who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. As an Account Executive, you will build and manage a growing portfolio of new enterprise accounts to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals. You will identify new business opportunities in the media/publishing or gaming space that align with ElevenLabs' product offering and roadmap. You will generate leads, negotiate contracts and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media/publishing or gaming industry. You will be responsible for KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. They will have 8-10 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation. They will have expertise or willingness to learn everything about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' solution can help. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. They will have a hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction & scale.
