As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you will be a key leader supporting the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

**Essential Functions:**

- Management:

- Work effectively with store management and store crews.

- Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.

- Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.

- Customer Service:

- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.

- Promote CVS customer service culture.

- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.

- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

- Merchandise/Presentation:

- Price merchandise.

- Stock shelves.

- Execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.

- Reset departments following planograms.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.

- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience as a retail supervisor.

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 24 hours

- Part-time

**Pay Range:**

- $19.20 - $19.20
