**Apprenticeship Experience:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and prototype new platform features using Python.

- Research and identify 'friction points' in user interactions with the solutions, translating insights into actionable technical requirements.

- Maintain high standards of technical documentation and participate in QA to ensure smooth deployment of new tools.

- Curate diverse data sources to build RAG-based GenAI solutions and generate prompt datasets for solution validation.

**Requirements:**

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE, EEE, VLSI, or related fields.

- Fresh graduates from the class of 2025 and 2026.

- Not currently enrolled in any M-Tech programs or postgraduate diplomas.

- Not employed in any full-time positions at any company (limited internship experience is acceptable).

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with data.

- Hands-on exposure to AI/Gen-AI tools and prompt engineering for rapid prototyping.

- A 'user-first' mindset with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable product improvements.

- Strong communication skills, with experience in interdisciplinary projects (STEM/Data Science).
