## Description

As a Help Desk Technician with GDIT, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. You will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of related experience

- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

- Security+CE and PWS 9.1 certifications required

- Excellent customer service skills
