## Description

As a retail employee at Coolblue in Haarlem, you will learn about our products and mission while working in the store. Your goal is to amaze customers.

You will advise customers using your growing product knowledge and ask the right questions. You will always provide suitable solutions so that every customer leaves the store with a smile.

Your responsibilities include:

- Improving in-store processes, such as thinking about how to increase sales.

- Challenging yourself with targets and taking your sales skills to the next level.

In return, you will receive:

- A salary of €2,562 per month based on 40 hours, with an annual increase.

- A flexible schedule, allowing you to plan your hours and balance school commitments.

- 8% holiday pay, pension, and travel cost reimbursement (if you live more than 10km away).

Requirements:

- You are following a BBL MBO 3 or MBO 4 education in Retail Specialist or Retail Manager.

- You are available for at least 3 full days per week, working 8 hours a day.

- You can speak and write well in Dutch to assist our customers effectively.

- You can empathize with our customers and their needs.

- You can provide a Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag, which we will reimburse.
