## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at De Bijenkorf Amstelveen. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to work in the store and demonstrate our products, providing expert advice and guidance to customers. You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and has a strong desire to help others achieve their beauty goals. You should be able to work well under pressure, think on your feet, and have excellent communication skills.

As a Beauty Expert, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry

- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment

- Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve individual performance goals

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a sales/*customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry

- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet

- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with makeup and skincare products

- Knowledge of current beauty trends and developments

- Ability to build relationships with customers and provide personalized service

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
