## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director, PE Business Partner – AI & UGC to support its AI & UGC organization.

The role involves partnering with leaders to build talent strategies, support leadership effectiveness, strengthen culture, and create organizational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building talent strategies that align with current needs while anticipating the next phase of growth

- Partnering with leaders to design and implement organizational changes

- Developing leadership capability and coaching leaders to navigate growth and change

- Identifying structural or cultural barriers and building effective solutions

- Tracking people and organizational metrics and providing insights to inform decisions

- Guiding workforce and talent planning, including succession, hiring strategy, and capability development

Requirements:

- 10+ years in HR/People Experience, with experience in startups and high-growth environments

- Proven ability to build HR/people infrastructure from scratch and reinvent it as organizations scale

- Strong skills in org design, change leadership, and talent strategy

- Ability to balance speed with strategic scaling and challenge leaders to think differently

- Passion for building cultures that embrace experimentation and continuous reinvention
