## Description

We're seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing division for the tied agency distribution channel. You'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. Your goal will be to achieve renewal growth via proactive management of existing corporate accounts in partnership with the servicing Financial Service Consultant (FSC).

Responsibilities:

- Achieve renewal growth targets set for the Agency Channel and other key performance indicators

- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with AIA Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) and their Agency Leaders

- Encourage agents to explore individual policies for corporate clients

- Set appointments and meet with Agency Leaders/FSCs during monthly agency meetings

- Provide timely and accurate renewal status information and renewal growth data

- Deliver corporate sales presentations jointly with FSCs and support Employee Communication Sessions

- Conduct and participate in scheduled sales training and professional development courses

- Undertake other projects assigned from time to time

- Attend corporate events, which may be scheduled outside normal office hours

Requirements:

- Tertiary degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications

- CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI, and ComGI certification advantageous

- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales and marketing in Employee Benefits / Group Insurance

- Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Able to work confidently in challenging situations

- Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimum supervision

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Professional in appearance and demeanour
