## Description

We are seeking an Electrical Diagnostic Engineer for Vehicles to join our team at Ford Argentina. As an Electrical Diagnostic Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the electrical systems of vehicles at our production plant in Nordex, Uruguay.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing remote technical support to the electrical diagnostic systems of vehicles at our production plant in Nordex, Uruguay.

- Acting as a technical liaison between our international design engineering teams and our manufacturing plant, evaluating the impact of changes and launches on processes.

- Implementing and ensuring the correct functioning of electrical diagnostic systems during launches and series production.

- Providing support and technical assistance to our local vehicle diagnostic and inspection team at Planta Pacheco.

- Analyzing internal and external quality indicators related to production processes and proposing improvements and implementations.

- Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve deviations and quality complaints.

- Participating in innovation, continuous improvement, and process optimization projects.

- Maintaining a smooth communication flow with local and international teams (South Africa, Thailand, and Turkey).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Advanced level of English proficiency.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in processes related to electronics.

- Knowledge of electrical systems and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.

- Experience in using data analysis tools (Alteryx, Qlik, Minitab, or similar).

- Availability to travel to Uruguay occasionally.
