## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build relationships and drive sponsorship revenue for our highly regarded, sustainable finance and investment conference portfolio. This role requires a minimum of 5 years dedicated to B2B event sales within the conference environment, with a particular emphasis on high-value sponsorship sales.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding and experience within conference-led events, with a focus on events centered around climate and sustainability themes, such as sustainable investment, ESG, energy, finance, and transportation.

Key responsibilities include maximising revenue through sponsorship sales, identifying and securing new clients, account managing existing clients, and achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements include 5 years experience in B2B Event sales in a conference environment, knowledge of climate and sustainability, demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a solid and proven track record in selling high value event sponsorship to blue chip brands.
