## Description

As a People Partnerships Lead, you will support people processes across teams in Mexico and Colombia, reporting to the Senior Manager of People Practices in Canada. You will prioritize and implement key strategies, collaborate with site leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs), and cultivate a compliant, welcoming, and values-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and track projects, ensuring delivery and partner management.

- Support change management and adoption of new people initiatives, including compensation planning, performance management, and talent planning.

- Support implementation and administration of locally compliant people processes.

- Collaborate with managers and employees to foster an inclusive, engaging culture.

- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English and Spanish.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years' experience in HR or project coordination, in an international setting.

- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

- Project management and HR systems skills.

- Experience building culture, bringing EA's Purpose & Beliefs to life.
