## Description

We are seeking a Merchant Sales Executive (F&B) to join our team in Singapore.

As a Merchant Sales Executive, you will help restaurants adopt Grab's suite of business solutions designed to increase revenue, improve customer engagement, and improve daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new restaurant partners through cold calling, networking, referrals, field prospecting, and face-to-face meetings

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities with disciplined CRM and pipeline management

- Understand merchants' business challenges and growth priorities, and recommend suitable Grab solutions to support their growth

- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with business owners and important decision-makers

- Build long-term relationships with merchants and identify future growth opportunities across Grab's ecosystem

- Work with Operations, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Grab solutions

Qualifications:

- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or other client-facing commercial roles

- Proven experience in prospecting, hunting, and acquiring new business opportunities, in a consultative way

- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with the ability to engage business owners and decision-makers

- Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable business solutions

- Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments and takes strong ownership of responsibilities
