## Description

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our security product strategy. You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our security offerings, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings

- Collaborate with engineering on database security, networking, and identity management

- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure products

- Translate complex security requirements into specifications and user stories

- Prioritize backlog and make trade-off decisions

- Drive go-to-market for security launches

- Monitor security feature performance and inform future development

- Provide guidance and coaching to PMs on security-related topics

- Represent our security posture externally

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on security products

- Hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security implications

- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM)

- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred

- Solid program management skills

- Experience representing product externally and communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences

- Ability to guide and mentor other PMs
