## Description

We are seeking an experienced ITAO, AVP to join our team in Bangalore, India.

The ITAO is the custodian of the application and is responsible for applying and enabling IT policies and procedures throughout the application's life cycle, with specific consideration for IT management and Information Security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Strategy & Architecture:

- Reviews current and proposed information systems for compliance with organisational obligations and adherence to overall strategy.

- Communicates information security risks and issues to business managers and others.

- Implements and contributes to the development of a continuity management plan.

- Data management:

- Assists in providing accessibility, retrievability, security, and protection of data in an ethical manner.

- Methods and tools:

- Provides support on the use of existing methods and tools.

- Configures methods and tools within a known context.

- Creates and updates the documentation of methods and tools.

- Delivery and operation:

- Contributes to the availability management process and its operation.

- Engages with project management to confirm that products developed meet the service acceptance criteria.

- Applies tools, techniques, and processes to track, log, and correct information related to configuration items.

**Requirements:**

- 6 to 9 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Governance, or IT Project Management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly organised and disciplined.

- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of Database, Application/Web Server, Security Services, Infrastructure understanding, Security Certificates, Networking, High Availability.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience working with distributed development teams.

- Experience on Infrastructure Management.

- Experience in finance products.

- Experience on Infrastructure and Cloud Security Management.
