## Description

The Health and Safety Manager (Multi-Site) will lead and embed a consistent health and safety culture across all sites of the Focusrite Group, with a focus on manufacturing locations.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures

- Drive compliance and build a strong reporting and safety observation culture

- Provide assurance to senior leadership and the board on risk identification and management

- Oversee mandatory training programmes and lead aspects of the Group's compliance programme

- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions

- Maintain health and safety documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

- Build and sustain a positive reporting culture

- Coach and support site and line managers on day-to-day safety

- Design and deliver health and safety training and induction programmes

- Establish a consistent framework of audits, inspections, and self-assessments across all sites

Person specification:

- NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent

- Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)

- Demonstrable experience managing health and safety across multiple sites

- Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and its practical application

- Experience presenting H&S performance and risk information to senior leadership or board level

- Proven ability to lead incident investigations and drive root-cause corrective action

- Excellent influencing and communication skills

What success looks like in the first 12 months:

- A single, consistent H&S reporting framework in place across all sites

- A demonstrable increase in near-miss and safety observations reporting

- Enhanced visibility of safety incidents through improved reporting practices

- Board and senior leadership confident in receiving accurate, timely, and meaningful assurance on H&S risk
