## Description

The EBC Center Manager will be responsible for providing thought-provoking conversations and opportunities to connect globally with top-tier innovators and talent in GPU-ignited modern AI. The successful candidate will craft unparalleled end-to-end customer experiences and demos customized to the goals and business objectives of our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging and partnering with NVIDIA Sales Account

- Coordinating briefings, including scheduling and securing presenters

- Ensuring any pre-meeting arrangements, procurement, and planning are on track

- Preparing meeting rooms (in-person or virtual) for scheduled meetings

- Publishing agenda and surveys as needed for each meeting

- Greeting and directing customers and speakers to assigned conference rooms

- Leading meeting requests via Briefing Source

- Acting as the point of contact for our guests and being responsible for ensuring their experience is detailed from start to finish

- Ordering catering and gifts for meetings

- Coordinating customer badging and parking logistics

- Providing activity reporting and input into leadership teams

Requirements include:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 3+ years working in a similar role

- Crucial understanding of AI technology and NVIDIA solutions

- Experience in engaging with customers, executives, and VIPs

- Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company

- Excellent organization, planning, and time leadership skills

- Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver

- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment

Preferred qualifications include:

- Proficient with Office, Teams, On24, Coupa, Briefing Source, and Sales Force

- Experience in digital, virtual, and hybrid meeting and events planning

- Working proficiency in German and English

- Strong affinity to discover the latest technologies and experience with digital, virtual, and hybrid meeting and events planning
