## Description

As a City Associate, you will support daily operations and contribute to the development and improvement of Grab's services in Pangkal Pinang.

The Pangkal Pinang City Team is responsible for running Grab's business and operations in the region, and you will collaborate with other internal stakeholders to achieve city budgets and targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and managing multiple city projects

- Implementing and overseeing operational strategies to enhance mobility and delivery services

- Managing the lifecycle of Grab Driver Partners, from recruitment to ongoing support

- Leading project management efforts to solve complex problems and implement sustainable solutions

- Collaborating with specialized teams to launch new products and services

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, analytics, business, engineering, or relevant experience

- 2+ years of experience in city management or sales/revenue generation

- Experience leading teams and connecting with people across teams/functions

- Exposure to business process management, risk assessment, and initiative execution
