## About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Internal Communications, International, you will provide support across the Deliveroo and Wolt businesses, focusing on employee communications in Europe and the Middle East (EMEA).

## Responsibilities

- Act as the main internal comms point of contact for Deliveroo and Wolt (EMEA) country teams and regional communications managers

- Build and maintain the community of internal communicators across the EMEA footprint, sharing best practices and editorial guidance

- Support crisis and issues communications across EMEA, partnering with the Senior Director and Senior Managers

- Provide change management comms support, partnering with the change management comms lead and people team on delivery

- Create content to support company-level events, such as all-hands meetings

- Lead on analytics and measurement for such events for the international internal comms team, working closely with the digital channels team

## Requirements

- Strong track record of communications experience (5+ years)

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across countries and brands

- Experience in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments

- Skill in translating complex or evolving information into clear, effective communications for employees

- Comfortable supporting crisis, issues, and change communications

- Familiarity with data analysis and engagement reporting
