## Description

As a Project Manager at WSP in the PMCM Rail team, you will enable the delivery of complex rail projects of regional, national, and international significance.

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, to high quality, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating disciplines through project meetings and workshops to resolve critical issues

- Establishing robust processes and procedures to manage the project with the client's team

- Acting as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met

- Developing and managing client and stakeholder relationships

- Compiling monthly project reports and data-driven scenarios

- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community groups

- Facilitating project meetings, presentations, and progress reports

- Addressing stakeholder concerns and managing expectations

- Managing contracts, budgets, and resources

- Identifying and mitigating potential risks

- Driving innovative design and construction solutions

- Ensuring safety and environmental responsibility

Requirements:

- Degree in a relevant engineering or management discipline

- Chartered membership of a relevant professional body (or nearing completion)

- APM / MSP / PMI / PRINCE2 / Six Sigma certifications beneficial

- Experience managing NEC3/4 contracts and project management

- Experience working on significant projects with client-side project delivery

- Proven ability to manage successful workstreams within a multi-disciplinary team
