## Description

Fuse Energy is a vertically integrated energy company with 300k+ customers, $550M+ in ARR, and global ambitions. They're on a mission to make energy cheap, clean, and abundant.

As a Creative Producer, you'll make campaigns happen from the first insight to the final file. You'll work with designers and art directors as a tag team, owning the intelligence and delivery. Your responsibilities include:

- Gathering insights for campaigns: competitor research, category research, and cultural trends

- Brainstorming positioning and messaging with the head of content, art director, design, and other teams

- Finding and assessing external agencies and freelancers, writing creative briefs, and running production logistics

- Owning the shot list and asset plan for shoots, ensuring multiple assets are captured across ads, social, and campaigns

- Working with social strategists and creators to plan assets, film behind-the-scenes content, and roll out campaigns across platforms

- Acting as an in-house executive producer for big hero films, commissioning and running freelance crews, and managing budgets

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a producer, with strong organisational skills, problem-solving under pressure, and strategic curiosity. You should have experience producing a range of video and campaigns, managing crews, vendors, and agencies.
