## Description

We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Q² Solutions, a leading clinical trial laboratory services organisation.

Responsibilities include:

- Receiving and checking consignments and shipments

- Conducting quality checks on patient information forms and escalating issues to senior staff

- Ensuring proper disposal and recycling of shipping supplies

- Verifying specimens are not left in kit packaging

- Shipping samples for long-term storage or client disposition

- Handling receipt of compounds and control materials as needed

- Responding to after-hour alarms and performing other critical functions

- Assisting with supply inventory and workstation clean-up

- Performing administrative duties as required

- Organising the work area as directed by management

- Following safety procedures and participating in continuing education

You will be an integral part of our organisation, contributing to the smooth operation of our laboratory services.
