## What You'll Do

- Diagnose and clear clogged drains and sewer lines in residential homes.

- Perform drain cleaning using appropriate tools and equipment, including drain machines and cable machines.

- Troubleshoot drainage issues and identify the source of blockages.

- Perform sewer line inspections and assist with identifying potential problems.

- Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.

- Provide professional, friendly customer service on every call.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean, organized condition.

- Complete service documentation and job notes accurately.

- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

- Work closely with dispatch and other team members to provide a great customer experience.

## What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of drain cleaning experience.

- Experience using drain cleaning equipment and tools.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to diagnose drainage issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and explaining service needs.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

- Pride in quality workmanship and a commitment to safety.
