## Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Programme Assistant (AVRR) to provide administrative support to the AVRR activities of the mission in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Assisting in facilitating Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) activities for migrants in Indonesia and Indonesian returnees

- Supporting the preparation and facilitation of voluntary return movements for foreign migrants and Indonesian returnees

- Collecting and verifying information required for the assessment and provision of direct assistance to migrants

- Maintaining and updating case management systems, databases, and files

- Providing administrative and logistical support to AVRR activities

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Regional Studies, or a related field

- Two years of relevant professional experience

- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking, and other vulnerable groups

- Prior assisted voluntary return and reintegration or movement operations experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

The contract type is Special Short Term Graded (up to 9 months), with an initial contract duration of six months, and possible extension.
