## Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at TaskUs, a leading BPO company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on various financial and business parameters.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on financial and business parameters

- Automation know-how and proficiency in advanced MS Excel/VBA/Access, Google Sheets, Power BI

- In-depth understanding of financial metrics and ability to contribute with suggestions and inputs

- Driving standardization and automation through reports to maximize efficiency and accuracy

- Managing multiple requirements and meeting tight timelines in a dynamic environment

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of working experience with management reporting and business analysis

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight timelines

- Flexible with shift timings

- Currently, the resource will work on a WFH model, WFO will be based out of Indore/Gurgaon location
