## Description

As a Retail Store Manager at Squishable's Briarwood Mall store, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. You will be responsible for:

- Leading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and training

- Setting and executing business strategies for the store with the Regional Manager

- Opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring accurate inventory levels

- Maintaining high merchandise presentation standards and a fun, memorable environment

- Supporting POS transactions and customer inquiries

- Adhering to company policies, practices, and safety standards

To qualify, you need:

- 2-3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- 2-5 years of customer service experience

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills

- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback

- High emotional intelligence and team management skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs

The pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
