## Description

At Qualtrics, you will lead complex, cross-solution implementations for large enterprise healthcare clients as a Healthcare Program Manager. You will drive program-level execution across multiple workstreams, managing risks, issues, and scope boundaries in high-velocity environments.

Responsibilities:

- Cross-Functional Influence: Drive follow-through and accountability across diverse internal teams without direct positional authority.

- Rigorous Governance & Discipline: Maintain precise program tracking, RAID logs, and executive reporting across complex implementations.

- Proactive Risk & Escalation Management: Surface risks early and lead rapid cross-functional responses during critical escalations.

- Executive & Tailored Communication: Craft concise, clear updates for executive, operational, and technical audiences.

- Scope Boundary Discipline: Enforce delivery scope and implementation criteria while protecting client relationships.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of program, project, or client delivery management experience.

- Demonstrated track record managing complex, cross-functional programs.

- Strong domain knowledge in the healthcare industry.

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PMP/PgMP certification is a strong plus.

- Proven experience utilizing project/program management software.
