## Description

The IT Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that IT operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with full accountability. This role serves as the coordination backbone of the IT team , managing the ticketing system, overseeing procurement and expense workflows, and bridging communication between IT and the broader organisation.

Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining the IT ticketing system, taking full ownership of IT administrative processes, managing procurement and expense workflows, acting as the primary coordination point between IT and other departments, monitoring data quality and reporting accuracy, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in workflows, ticketing, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a CAN-DO attitude and GTD mindset, relentlessly high standards, and the ability to act like an owner. They will be able to enable the team by removing administrative friction and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.

The role requires proficiency in IT ticketing systems, advanced MS Office, expense and procurement management tools, inventory tracking and asset management systems, and reporting and operational documentation platforms.
