## Description

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join their growing team.

As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, you will be a hands-on service technician focused on repair excellence. You will perform service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work.

- Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project.

- Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.

- Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects.

- Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.

- Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.

- Look for other necessary repairs on properties, such as gutters and windows.

- Follow all safety procedures.

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience

- Ability to perform service tasks at heights

- Low-slope systems knowledge

- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

- Ability to work overtime as needed

- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
