## PRN - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals

- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin

- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift and move patients as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with patients with various diagnoses and conditions

- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
