## Description

The Regional On Premise Manager is responsible for driving the On Premise volume and brand development in the assigned region. This involves leading a team, optimising resources, and achieving Business Plan objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the On Premise strategy, ensuring alignment with the national business plan

- Lead and manage a team of Musketeers, providing training, coaching, and motivation to ensure high performance

- Build and maintain relationships with key On Premise partners and customers

- Plan and execute events, activations, and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness

- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform business decisions

- Manage the regional On Premise budget and provide reports on activities and results

Requirements:

- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)

- 3-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success

- 2-3 years of management experience in the On Premise beverage industry (or a plus)

- Strong knowledge of the On Premise industry, contacts, and experience in 'the scene'

- Excellent analytical, planning, and financial skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- High negotiation and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
