## Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide optimum service, inspecting grooming and attire, and completing opening and closing duties.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring staff work together as a team to meet guest needs

- Inspecting grooming and attire of staff

- Completing opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors

- Monitoring dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests

- Assisting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees

- Following company and safety policies and procedures

- Welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs

- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others

- Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards

We are looking for candidates with:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- At least 2 years of related work experience

- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
