## Description

We seek a natural relationship builder driven by a desire to work closely with the business. You will have an analytical ability and a willingness to both support and challenge to achieve the best possible results. You will work in a dynamic organisation with a humble culture and a high degree of a winning mentality.

As an HR Business Partner, your role is to be the constant partner who proactively supports, challenges and develops our leaders and employees. Your main task is to build strong relationships with your stakeholders. To succeed, you will be confident in yourself, trust your abilities and competence, and thrive in an environment where a lot happens. You will have a large amount of positive energy, be flexible in your thinking, and always see opportunities to proactively develop the organisation.

You will have a great deal of freedom and personal responsibility to act and make decisions in the matters you handle, which makes courage, self-awareness, and integrity important qualities. We work without ego and want you to be willing to jump in where needed, even when it means rapid re-prioritisation. You will report to Red Bull Sweden's HR Manager, and your formal place of work will be at Red Bull's headquarters in Stockholm.

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and contribute to Red Bull continuing to have the best team? The last day to apply is June 28, but the role may be filled before then – so apply now!

RESPONSIBILITIES

## Areas that focus on your strengths

The areas of responsibility we entrust to you:

- BUSINESS PARTNER

You are a significant partner to the managers in the part of the organisation you support, and your task is to coach and challenge them to maximise potential and develop leadership, operations, and our business.

This involves, among other things, working closely with managers on issues such as organisational structure, performance management, goal setting, talent and leadership development, and working environment. You will ensure that our processes for goals, follow-up, and development are followed and used in a way that creates value for the operation.

You will support managers in translating strategic goals into clear, measurable, and engaging goals for their teams.

By being an active and present part of the organisation, you will contribute to creating a dynamic and enjoyable working environment that encourages a positive attitude, teamwork, collaboration, creativity, accountability, and a desire to win.

- ENGAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP & WORK ENVIRONMENT

In addition to the partnership role, one of your main areas of responsibility will be to strengthen our ability to build engagement – at the individual, team, and organisational level. This means that you will be responsible for our process and tools related to employee surveys and ensure they are used in a way that develops leadership, team dynamics, and the working environment.

You will, among other things,

- Own and further develop our process around engagement – from planning and implementation to follow-up and action plans at both team and organisational levels.

- Support, educate, and coach managers in how to interpret results, translate insights into concrete actions, and follow up on initiatives related to engagement, leadership, and the working environment.

- Contribute with analysis, recommendations, and insights from our engagement and HR data to develop individuals, teams, and the organisation.

- Simplify and clarify work methods, routines, and communication related to engagement so that our processes are perceived as relevant and effective for both managers and employees.

- GROWTH

One of our key focus areas is to realise potential – to give wings. You will be an integral part of forums such as conferences, business planning, and other internal meetings where strategy, goals, and development are discussed.

Based on dialogue with your managers and your own analysis, you will identify the needs within education and development and take responsibility for meeting them in your part of the organisation. This means that you will

- Plan, implement, and facilitate training, workshops, and development initiatives for both smaller groups and larger parts of the organisation.

- Create conditions for a strong performance and development climate where feedback, learning, and improvement are natural parts of everyday life.

- Challenge us as an HR department and contribute with ideas for improvements so that we together ensure that we are the best possible HR partner to the business.

- MINIMUM 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE FROM A SIMILAR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES, PREFERABLY IN A FAST-PACED AND COMMERCIAL ENVIRONMENT.

- EXPERIENCE OF DRIVING AND DEVELOPING PROCESSES AND TOOLS RELATED TO ENGAGEMENT, TEAM DYNAMICS, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT IS DESIRABLE.

- PROFESSIONAL APPROACH WHILE ALSO HAVING A SENSE OF HUMOUR.

- GOOD SELF-AWARENESS AND CONFIDENCE IN WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN DO.

- CLEAR AND SIMPLE COMMUNICATION AND A HUMBLE RELATIONSHIP-BUILDER.

- ABILITY TO WORK ANALYTICALLY AND ORGANISED WHILE KEEPING CREATIVITY.

- DRIVEN, NO-EGO, AND RESULTS-ORIENTED – YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE TAKING YOUR OWN DECISIONS.

- SELF-MOTIVATED WITH GOOD PLANNING SKILLS AND STRUCTURE, WHILE ALSO BEING FLEXIBLE AND ENJOYING A CHANGING ENVIRONMENT WITH A HIGH TEMPO.
