## Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Accor in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and elaborating dishes, ensuring presentation and food safety guidelines set by the brand are met.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare dishes, pastries, and assemble buffets, trays, and individual plates.

- Ensure replenishment, quality, and presentation of served food.

- Supervise buffets during meals, ensuring standards and organization.

- Comply with hygiene, food safety, and regulatory norms.

- Attend to customers, providing information about dishes when requested.

- Share guest preferences with Reception for personalized service (ACDC).

- Act as an ambassador of the brand's values and participate in Service Culture actions.

- Follow environmental guidelines related to conscious consumption and selective collection.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma;

- Good Food Safety Practices;

- Culinary courses;

- Knowledge of Hygiene in Food Handling; General Cooking;

- Experience in the field.
