## Description

We are looking for high-caliber professionals to join our team as Sales Specialists. As a Sales Specialist, you will drive sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Sell products/systems to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.

- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution.

- Prepare sales plans using company tools and perform regular status reviews.

- Create added value for the customer and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals.

- Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.

- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.

- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed.

- Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or sales experience in industry for at least 5 years.

- Customer-focused attitude with effective communication skills.

- Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.

- Systematic thinking and acting.

- Aggressive learning and teamwork concept.

- Flexible for domestic travel frequently.

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
