## Description

In this role, you will work in close partnership with the Commercial Banking team to identify and develop business opportunities, and provide local and regional transaction banking solutions to multinational subsidiaries.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will adopt a needs-based advisory approach to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate cash management solutions. You will lead and coordinate with the HSBC team across markets and functions to develop solutions, deliver sales proposals, and ensure smooth transition of client mandates into realised revenues.

You will also formulate and support industry sector strategies, including participation in events, case studies, client testimonials, and client planning and wallet sizing activities. Additionally, you will coach and lead team members on sales strategy formulation, deal pipeline management, and sales conversion techniques.

You will likely have a proven track record of dealing with complex global corporates, experience of managing a client portfolio, and a proven sales record with strong data analytical skills. You will also have a detailed knowledge of day-to-day workings of a Corporate Treasury environment, foreign exchange, payments, liquidity, and working capital.

You will work closely with the GPS Implementation, Integration and Client Service teams to ensure smooth transition of client mandate into realised revenues, as well as to provide ongoing coverage in response to clients' evolving challenges and requirements.

You will also feedback to the GPS Product teams on the competitive market landscape and client specific requirements, to help drive product enhancements/developments as appropriate.
