## Description

Spire Bushey Hospital is currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly Pharmacy department to join the bank. You must have NHS or Private Hospital experience.

As a Bank Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in treating patients with empathy and compassion. You will provide advice and support to consultants, nurses and other clinicians ensuring the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities include:

- Building strong working relationships with colleagues and consultants to improve patient outcomes

- Suggesting new processes and equipment to improve health outcomes and increase safety throughout the hospital

- Promoting a multidisciplinary, patient-focused approach to the delivery of an efficient, high-quality healthcare service

Requirements:

- Pharmacists educated to degree level

- Current GPhC registration with a minimum of 1 year post-qualifying practice in Hospital settings

- Post-qualifying experience working in a Hospital setting is essential

- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with patients across various departments
