Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bristol Cabot Circus, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, night shift role, working from Sunday 22:00-06:00, Tuesday 22:00-06:00, Wednesday 22:00-06:00, Thursday 22:00-06:00, Friday 22:00-06:00, and Saturday 22:00-06:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
