## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at the Jequitimar Guarujá Resort e Spa, a high-end hotel located on the coast of São Paulo.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, presenting rooms and rates based on predetermined parameters, and responding to guest inquiries via phone.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and serving guests and clients

- Presenting rooms and rates

- Responding to guest inquiries via phone

- Ensuring compliance with Reception & Front Office procedures

- Maintaining accurate records of client information

- Analysing and suggesting new strategies and service differentials for clients

Additional requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using hotel management software
