## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team at Bannister Farm, located in Leyland, Lancashire. The home provides residential support to five autistic adults, who may also have a learning disability.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care by:

- Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans

- Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support

- Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence

- Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive

Key requirements include:

- Experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager

- Natural leadership skills, being approachable, supportive, and great at bringing out the best in others

- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing the practical side of care (risk assessments, audits, compliance)
