- Representing the bank to clients and in the market

- Fostering growth, acquiring new clients, and developing existing relationships

- Managing a portfolio of demanding clients with complex needs

- Conducting strategic discussions and providing holistic advice on investment, pension, and succession planning

- Achieving sustainable results through structured consulting and collaboration with expert teams

Requirements:

- Completed banking training, ideally supplemented by a degree or further education

- Proven success in client acquisition and holistic exploitation of customer potential

- Several years of experience in financial services consulting and sales

- Expertise in investments and knowledge of MiFID-compliant consulting and products

- Strong communication skills, high customer and team orientation, confident demeanor, and initiative
