## Description

The Business Cards & Payments Marketing team at Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate to develop and implement marketing strategies for business cards and payment products. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies for product roadmaps and business objectives

- Partner with the Insights team to understand the target audience and validate product positioning and messaging

- Manage creative development and ensure marketing is on-brand and high-quality

- Assess performance results of marketing campaigns and turn insights into actionable marketing plans

- Understand competitor product and messaging strategies and build strategies to position Capital One for success

- Collaborate with channel and digital teams to deliver campaigns into market

- Analyze customer behavior data to identify opportunities and optimal segments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or marketing strategy

- High level of initiative and ownership, ability to coordinate efforts across diverse functional groups

- Ability to self-direct and seamlessly switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly

- Succinct, focused written and verbal communication skills

- Customer-obsessed and marketing analytics practitioner

- Collaboration and influence skills

- Results-oriented and team player

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications

- 4+ years of experience in marketing or marketing strategy

Salary:

- New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 per year

- McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 per year

- Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 per year
