## Description

We are seeking a Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor to join our team at St Margaret's Hospital in Epping. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day co-supervision of FM services, including cleaning, catering, portering, and goods receiving services.

**Job Summary:** As an FM Supervisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers regarding FM-related issues. You will support the management of FM assistants and ensure that all areas of the site are maintained at an excellent level of cleanliness.

**Main Duties:**

- Co-supervise FM services, including cleaning, catering, portering, and goods receiving services

- Ensure compliance with legislation related to Food Safety and Health and Safety

- Provide high-quality customer service and support to FM assistants

- Undertake FM duties as required, including cleaning and food preparation

- Work flexibly as part of the Estates & Facilities Management Team

**Benefits:**

- Competitive salary: £24,937 - £26,598 per annum pro rata (£12.75 to £13.60 per hour)

- Unsocial Hours Payments: Saturday - Time plus 35% of the salary

- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 12:30 - 20:00, Saturday - 14:00 - 19:00 (every 2nd week)
