## Description

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Delegate with a strong sales orientation and extensive experience in the pharmacy channel to open new pharmacies and manage an existing portfolio.

The role has a 100% commercial profile, with the primary objective of driving sales growth and customer acquisition. Secondary responsibilities include training and visibility actions at point of sale.

Key responsibilities:

- Acquisition and opening of new pharmacies

- Commercial management and development of active pharmacies (in-person sales)

- Increase sales and customer loyalty

- Execution of commercial actions at point of sale

- Occasional training and visibility actions when necessary

Essential requirements:

- Senior profile with demonstrable sales experience

- Previous experience in selling to pharmacies and/or pharmaceutical distribution

- Clear results orientation and strong negotiation skills

- Autonomy, proactivity, and commercial mindset

- Experience in portfolio management and customer acquisition
