## Description

Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Performance Solutions Partner to enable advertisers and sellers to drive success on the platform.

The Sr. Performance Solutions Partner will closely partner with cross-functional leadership in sales, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices

- Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format

- Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale

- Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients

- Identify key issues facing clients and advertisers, and develop proposed solutions

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, ad tech, and ad operations

- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales

- Structured and detail-oriented thinker

- Strong communication skills

- Experience using AI to improve speed and quality

- Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies

Benefits:

- Base salary range: €63,446-€117,375 EUR

- Eligible for equity

Note: This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least once a week.
