As a Sr Sourcing Recruiter in Talent Search at IQVIA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy by partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.

This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying top talent to drive business success.

## Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across designated departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

- Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, set expectations, and align on recruitment timelines and goals.

- Design and execute innovative, cost-effective recruiting plans to attract high-quality candidates.

- Create, publish, and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent.

- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, promoting IQVIA’s mission and opportunities.

- Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.

- Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards.

- Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems.

- Partner with the broader recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

- Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

- Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.

- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.

- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
