## Description

You will be an Operations Specialist at Agoda, responsible for processing and coordinating operational requests and projects to support B2B partners. Your tasks will include managing partner onboarding, payments, and system administration, as well as driving innovation and quality improvement projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle operations tickets from the Commercial team and partners

- Manage projects to improve efficiency, quality, and partner experience

- Coordinate with various departments such as Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payables

- Apply critical thinking to drive improvements across the team

- Share knowledge and best practices across teams

- Create and document processes for commercial and operational teams

- Maintain high service levels according to set SLAs

- Provide peer training and support to newly onboarded team members

You will handle tickets and projects in one or more areas of expertise, including:

- Managed Partners: Contracting, Payments, System Administration

- Self Serve: Partner Analysis & Experience, Products, System Administration

Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience in Global Operations

- Strong operational mindset and track record of leading cross-functional initiatives

- Analytical and commercially minded with strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills:

- Analytical and project skills

- Systems proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MySQL, and Salesforce

- Technical knowledge in SQL

- Function-specific background in legal, commercial, or analytical fields
