## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Teeside Park as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during busy periods.

Your tasks will include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using our digital tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Juggling orders and queues while staying calm under pressure

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be:

- Sunday: 10:00 - 14:00

- Tuesday: 10:00 - 14:00

- Wednesday: 11:00 - 15:00

- Saturday: 11:00 - 15:00

We're looking for someone who is digitally confident, efficient, and effective, with excellent teamwork and flexibility skills.
