**What You'll Be Doing:**

Developing marketing and business plans for the functional verification segment in IC design. Establishing, enhancing, and distinguishing product placement within the competitive arena. Defining and coordinating sales collateral development, pricing and packaging strategies, competitive analysis, product rollout, and sales training. Driving product management functions for the functional verification segment, including the rollout of next-generation solutions. Applying cutting-edge principles, theories, concepts, and technologies to resolve critical issues and broad design matters. Championing and developing innovative principles and ideas to set organisational roadmaps and long-term goals.

Driving significant revenue growth through innovative product management strategies. Enhancing Synopsys' market position by establishing clear and competitive product placement. Influencing senior management decisions through expert technical and business insights. Leading the rollout of next-generation solutions with substantial market impact. **What You'll Need:**

10-15 years of related product management experience for software products in the EDA or Semiconductor industries. Technical orientation and understanding of the functional verification flow and related tools. Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. A track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products. Exceptional communication and public speaking skills. Ability to influence engineering teams based on deep customer knowledge and forward-thinking approach.
